Common questions
- Is there a free tier?
- Yes — the Free plan includes 1,000 API requests per month at no cost. No credit card required. Request your key on the API Docs page.
- How does billing work?
- All paid plans are billed monthly with no annual commitment, and you can cancel anytime. During early access we onboard paid plans by email and invoice through Stripe; self-serve checkout and a billing portal open soon. Annual discounts are available on request.
- What counts as one API request?
- Each IBAN validated counts as one request. Bulk requests count per IBAN in the batch (e.g. a batch of 50 IBANs = 50 requests).
- Can I upgrade or downgrade?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
- A standard DPA is included in the Enterprise plan. Email [email protected] to request one for lower tiers.
- How do I get my API key after payment?
- During early access, email [email protected] with the plan you need; we provision your key, usually within one business day. If you already have a free key, it is upgraded in place. Once self-serve checkout opens, keys will activate automatically after payment.
